Smaller High Top paver pads from BLS
US-based BLS Enterprises has released the latest in its
range of High Top polyurethane pads for crawler pavers, in 10inch (254mm) and
12inch (305mm) sizes.
Smaller than its existing range of High Top pads, these new pads are 35% thicker than conventional pads, but cost only 21% more, according to BLS Enterprises president Barry Stoughton.
They have been designed to fit Wirtgen’s W2000 and W200 pavers.
Its larger High Top pads, available in blue or black, contain 65% more material, at a cost of 25% more than conventional pads.
Stoughton said that BLS pads were supplied on an OEM basis to Volvo and Roadtec, and were available as aftermarket products for other makes of crawler paver.
