Bestmile: conducting mobility services orchestra

Bestmile’s orchestration engine automates booking, dispatching, routing, ride matching, and pooling, while allowing mobility service providers to define predictable design parameters for both fleets and passengers.

Fleet parameters include fleet size, vehicle locations, vehicle utilisation, booking options, and pooling thresholds, while passenger parameters include ride times, wait times, and excess times when pooling.

Bestmile’s all-in-one platform features a dashboard that provides a comprehensive view and tools to plan, supervise, orchestrate and analyse mobility services. Also available from the company are mobile applications for travellers and drivers

While the world’s attention is often focused on new types of connected vehicles, less attention is given to how these vehicles can work together as intelligent fleets.
