EtherWAN manages it all with eVue
First published at ITS World Congress - October 23, 2019
Taiwan-based EtherWAN is using the ITS World Congress to launch eVue, its new network management software tool. According to the company, eVue simplifies device management, allowing system administrators to monitor and maintain multiple EtherWAN managed devices on a local or wide area network.
Designed to simplify network configuration, eVue provides the ability to discover EtherWAN devices on a network and display an intuitive, visual representation of network topology.
In addition, it allows system administrators to monitor network status, manage and perform bulk configuration deployment, upgrade schedule firmware and more.
As well as eVue, EtherWAN is displaying its latest solutions for smart cities, including wireless solutions for smart street lighting, public parking systems, and 250m Power over Ethernet technology – technologies the company says will be crucial as cities undergo both physical and virtual transformations.
And through alliances with a growing number of Internet of Things application providers, EtherWAN is proving to be not only an equipment provider, but a company that can deliver a broad range of solutions to meet both urban and rural data infrastructure needs in the coming decade.
