Speeding? With Houston Radar you have a problem

There’s nowhere to hide with Houston Radar, a major supplier of doppler and FMCW radar systems, including more than six speed and presence detection radars. Houston Radar’s products are widely used in speed awareness signs, VATCS signs, traffic counters, vehicle flow detectors, speed-triggered stop signs and chevrons. Its radar products are also used in industrial applications such as ultra-low speed measurements, conveyor belt speed measurement, train presence detection and streetlight dimming.

Houston Radar also offers a wide variety of OEM sensors for integration into its customers’ products as well as a complete suite of ready-to-deploy traffic data collectors. The company says that its products, such as SpeedLane Pro, offer an unprecedented level of vertical integration.

Data collection is easy with Bluetooth and 3G wireless access coupled with Android and Windows Apps and out-of-the-box integration with cloud servers.
