Innovative crushing options from KPI-JCI

New Crushing solutions are being unveiled by KPI-JCI. Kolberg-Pioneer (KPI) is introducing its first hybrid FT4250CC horizontal shaft impactor plant equipped with a pre-screen. The new two-deck pre-screen reduces the quantity of undersized material passing through the chamber, reducing wear costs and increasing final product output by up to 30%. The hybrid power option allows producers to operate using either line power or diesel fuel for added flexibility.
KPI is also offering its 2742 Pioneer jaw crusher. The Pioneer series features novel shaft and bearing assembly designs for easy troubleshooting, reduced maintenance and a 20% greater capacity than competing models.
Johnson Crushers International (JCI) is introducing its latest addition to the Kodiak Plus cone crusher line, the K350+. This new model features increases in drive train, stroke, power, weight, head diameter and hold-down force, resulting in an increase in capacity of up to 10% over competing cones.
In addition, Kolberg-Pioneer has developed a new water clarification system that the firm is now introducing.
