Atlas Copco shows soon-to-launch PAS HH pump at bauma 2019

The soon to be launched PAS HH 150 pump is suitable for quarrying and mining applications

Atlas Copco is launching a new addition to its line of PAS (Pumping Application Solutions) HH pumps.

The PAS HH 150 pump, to become available within two weeks, is suitable for quarrying and mining applications and has a 150mm port and can manage solids of up to 100mm in size. It joins the existing range of PAS HH pumps, the 80HH, 100HH and 200 HH.

In addition to mining and quarrying, the PAS 150 HH can also be used for agricultural and temporary firefighting applications, according to Antionio Totomanlio, divisional product marketing manager pumps at Atlas Copco. For firefighting the pumps can produce a jet of up to 12metres high.

He added that all the pumping units are designed for easy serviceability.

Totomanliono said that Atlas Copco’s pumps are now made to reduce noise and spillage and to be compliant with the European Union’s Stage V emissions regulations.
