First published at bauma - April 12, 2019
Hyundai’s latest HX85 A excavator offers a combination of versatility and high performance in a compact design. The new machine is powered by a next-generation diesel delivering 49.9kW and that meets Europe’s Stage V emissions requirements. The firm says that the machine suits duties in tight and compact sites, where space is at a premium. It is designed for use with a range of work tools such as hydraulic breakers and cutters. Versatility can be further improved by the use of a tiltrotator device. This 8.5tonne class machine features a 0.28m³ bucket and offers a bucket digging force of 67.3kN.
