Bonfiglioli’s 709CE for crushers

Bonfiglioli is introducing the 709CE electric track drive for crushers and screens. With a three-stage planetary configuration, the track drive reaches a rated power of 22kW with a rated voltage of 380 Vrms. The gearbox can provide up to 31,500Nm peak torque.

“This is a very high-density motor in a limited space,” said Bonfiglioli’s chief technical officer Andrea Torcelli. IPM (internal permanent magnet) technology and concentrated winding on the stator help achieve this.

The drive’s housing is robust to enable it to cope with the environmental challenges of dust, water and other contaminants. It also has an inbuilt liquid cooling system to improve thermal performance.
