Dynapac claims that its new F80W mini paver offers versatility and adaptability. Designed for use in small sites for jobs such as reinstatement after utilities works, driveway or cycle lane construction, the mini paver is said to be able to deliver efficient and high quality paving with narrow widths and in tight spaces. The machine is just 800mm wide and can eliminate manual working, delivering a higher quality finish. It has a gas-heated V1300V vibrating screed that can be extended hydraulically and said to provide homogenous compaction and high surface quality.
Combining compact dimensions and automatic paving features, the machine is said to deliver a higher standard of paving quality than can be achieved manually.
The control panel is said to be simple to use even for an inexperienced operator. The controls for setting layer thickness and the dosing of the material are said to provide an ergonomic and precise working environment in narrow spaces.
The F80W gas powered screed heats up within 15 minutes, with power from an economical Hatz diesel. Meanwhile robust components are said to extend service life and deliver high up time. The machine has a hydraulically extendable screed, allowing working widths ranging from 0.25-1.3m, and with optional extensions up to 1.65m.
