Hella launches new RokLUME S700 Red LED light for mining vehicles at bauma 2019
First published at bauma - April 10, 2019
Hella is presenting its RokLUME S700 Red special lighting solution for mining and quarrying vehicles. In the safety-critical mining and quarrying industry, hazard zones must be optically marked or demarcated to provide warning and protection.
In response to this need, Hella is showcasing its Visiotech projection technology which facilitates communication by using light, especially for mining vehicles. The company is launching its RokLUME S700 Red, an LED warning light which projects a wide red marking on the ground. Thanks to its powerful light output, the warning light can also be used on vehicles with high mounting positions and is therefore particularly suitable for mining and quarrying vehicles.
The work light comes with various illumination variants, including Zeroglare, which specifically aims the LED light onto the area in front of the vehicle, creating a very clear cut-off line. This also means that drivers of oncoming vehicles won’t be blinded.
