Putzmeister launches 63-5 truck mounted concrete pump
First published in bauma Preview - April 5, 2019
Putzmeister’s 51-5 truck-mounted concrete pump replaces the company’s 51-5 and offers increased horizontal reach and reduced oil consumption.
The company says the machine is suitable for users with demanding tasks and can be used for working on multi-story buildings and on large foundations. This work is made easier through the TRDI support and the compact five-arm placing boom with RZ folding.
The termie arm replaces the standard fifth arm to provide assistance in bore pile fillings. The boom tip is expected to handle extension tip loads of up to 700 kg in order to fasten hoses measuring up to 20 metres long.
