Rototilt bucket and ripper

Rototilt is introducing a screening bucket and new ripper which it says is optimised for use with tiltrotators.

Kenneth Aslaksen, tool designer at Rototilt, says: “The product portfolio has been broadened to meet customer demand for an optimised line of tools.”

The steel screening bucket is available in four different models for machines between 12 and 15 tonnes, and S60 and S70 brackets. Steel qualities HB450 and HB500 are used on exposed parts and ribs while the blade is manufactured in HB500 steel.

The ripper is designed with an angle which is expected to match the tiltrotator geometry while retaining the power of the machine. Users can use the J-tooth system to change worn tools.
