Sandvik claims that its latest mobile designs offer efficient crushing and screening technology. The firm’s UJ440i mobile jaw crusher is said to be sophisticated, fuel-efficient and user-friendly. The firm claims that the machine is a high-quality, robust and reliable unit that is well-proven in an array of climactic conditions. New technology means that the UJ440i is automatically monitored by the control system that operates the unit, helping optimise production. Designed on a fully tracked chassis and operated via radio remote control, the UJ440i is fitted with the Sandvik CJ412 jaw 1200 x 830mm, which is said to offer efficient size reduction and production, maximising uptime. The firm says that the versatile machine is suited to aggregate production andis available in three different variants to suit the customer’s application.
Meanwhile novel modular double deck hanging screen can connects to Sandvik QH332, QS332 and QI442 tracked crushers. Benefits include its ability to be adapted for operation in open or closed circuit configurations, a patent pending adjustment system that allows the screen to be quickly reconfigured to recirculate and produce a single sized finished product or two-sized finished product. The complete module, including screen, can be installed or removed from the plant in less than 30 minutes, without the need for any onsite lifting equipment.
