Rugged duty concrete pump for piling
First published in CONEXPO-CON/AGG Preview News - February 27, 2020
Liebherr has developed a rugged duty concrete pump that suits duties in piling operations. The 110 D-K crawler concrete pump is intended for use alongside piling rigs and if the latter is a Liebherr unit, both machines can communicate with each other via radio. The operator of the piling rig can start and stop the pumping process from the cab, optimising operations.
The THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump features a maximum concrete output of 102m³/hour. It is powered by a six-cylinder engine that complies with the Tier 4 Final emissions requirements.
Other features include smooth running and high suction performance are the hallmarks of a powerful pump unit in a crawler concrete pump. The unit is equipped with an open hydraulic circuit, which helps reduce maintenance requirements.
