Caterpillar is now introducing its sophisticated Command for Compaction tool in the North American market. This sophisticated package is intended to boost compaction quality. The system helps to automate the compaction process and features an intuitive interface for simple operation. According to the firm, the Command for Compaction package eliminates skill gaps to deliver up to 60% better coverage with consistent and precise overlap, constant speed and correct pass count. In addition, the paving products group is also introducing advances for its eRoutes 3.0 asphalt delivery solution.
