Sandvik claims high performance for its Leopard DI650i down-the-hole (DTH) drill rig. This machine has been designed for demanding high-capacity production drilling applications in large surface extraction applications. In addition to a powerful engine and compressor, Leopard DI650i benefits from a new iCAB cabin that offers efficient ergonomics. Other advantages include ease of servicing, high mobility and good fuel economy. Meanwhile, advanced technology is incorporated that includes scalable automation packages, boosting productivity.
In addition, the firm is offering its sophisticated Leopard DI650i drilling simulator, which can guide users through the whole drilling process. The novel SanRemo Mobile package is a mobile device-based connectivity solution for Sandvik surface drill rigs, which can transfer cost-effective drill plans, reports and other drilling data to increase operational efficiency.
