Keestrack is offering versatile and heavy-duty mobile jaw and cone crushers. The firm has designed its B4 primary jaw crusher for hard stone and recycling applications. The diesel-hydraulic Keestrack B4 primary jaw crusher is also available as the B4e, a full hybrid electric plug-in version. Both variants can handle a maximum feed size of 600mm and a feed capacity of up to 400tonnes/hour. Integrated pre-screening, a feed opening of 1100 x 700mm, large CSS. settings of 45–160mm and automatic hydraulic gap adjustment are said to allow efficient processing of products. An ultra-sonic sensor provides optimal feed control, the patented NSS auto-release system and the reversible jaw movement ensure continuous production.
Meanwhile the firm’s full hybrid cone crusher, the H6e, suits secondary and tertiary crushing. With a maximum feed size of 215mm, variable crushing chamber configurations and stroke settings the specially adapted cone Keestrack KT-H6 is based on proven Sandvik technology and processes up to 400tonnes/hour. The e-motors for the crusher drive and plant hydraulic and all other directly electric-driven components are powered by the detachable power unit. Optionally, an efficient three-deck post-screen module with oversize recirculation provides high-quality end products. Weighing just 68tonnes with all the options fitted, the large cone can be operated economically at various jobsites.
