Productive and versatile pneumatic compactor from Dynpac

productivity and versatility is claimed for Dynapac’s new CP1200W pneumatic compaction roller

According to Dynapac, its CP1200W rubber tyred compactor offers a combination of productivity and versatility. The machine shares many design features with the smaller CP1200 model from the firm. However the new CP1200W offers a working width of 2,008mm, compared with 1,725mm for the existing CP1200. The firm has fitted this new model with wider tyres.

Like the CP1200, the new CP1200W features Dynapac’s nodel Modular Ballast System, which utilises sealed ballast containers. According to the firm, this allows exact visual control of wheel loads. The CP1200W can be used in a variety of applications such as compacting base, sub-base and stabilised soil. However its main duty is for final compaction of asphalt for sealing purposes.
